Terms of Service
Last updated: March 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Brevvi (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Brevvi is an AI-powered market research tool that generates research reports by analyzing publicly available online discussions. Reports are delivered as structured briefs containing quotes, insights, and competitive analysis.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Credits and Payments
- Research reports are purchased using credits. Credits are bought in advance through Stripe.
- One credit is consumed when a research report is initiated.
- If a report fails to generate due to a system error, your credit will be refunded automatically.
- Your first research is free when you sign up. No credit card is required to claim it.
- Credits never expire.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us through the in-app chat.
- All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Automate access to the Service through bots, scrapers, or similar tools without our written consent
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its outputs
6. Intellectual Property
The research reports generated for you are yours to use for your business purposes. However, the Service itself — including its design, code, and underlying technology — remains the property of Brevvi.
Quotes included in reports are sourced from publicly available online discussions. We attribute sources where possible, but we do not claim ownership of third-party content.
7. Accuracy and Disclaimers
Research reports are generated using AI and publicly available data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that reports are complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brevvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Brevvi in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by reaching out via the in-app chat.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If your account is terminated for violation of these terms, any unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
